Digimon Adventure Tri’s 5th Movie Gets Teaser

Sigh. I don’t know how to feel about the final installment of Digimon Adventure Tri being so close. The first four movies/seasons have been nostalgically amazing, and this fifth one looks like a doozy. This new teaser appears to show multiple Mega-digivolutions, indicating a huge fight on the horizon.

Whatever you do, don’t blink. September 30th will be here too soon for my liking.

Are you an Attack on Titan know it all? This December 10th, superfans of Attack on Titan will be able to take an Enrollment Test to join the Survey Corps.

The test comes in two difficulties: Soldier Class and Squad Leader Class. The exam is an hour long and contains 100 questions on the first two seasons of the anime. Each test requires a passing grade of 70% (70/100).

The Soldier Class test costs 4500 yen (about $40) and the Squad Leader Class costs 5600 yen ($50). Those who want to take both tests can do so at a value price of 9000 yen (about $80).

Registration for the exam ends on November 7th. The test will take place in Sendai, Osaka, Fukoka, Tokyo, and Nagoya on December 10th. And according to the (poorly translated) registration site, an online course could be made available after the initial exams. Register for your chance to join the Corps here!

Yowamushi Pedal Season 4 Accidentally Announced

Occurrences like these are why you double-check with someone before tweeting. One of Yowamushi Pedals’ animators, Hiroyuki Horiuchi, accidentally confirmed season four of Yowamushi Pedal on Twitter. In his tweet, Horiuchi disclosed that he is, “scheduled to work on the fourth season [of Yowamushi Pedal].” This is despite the fact that Season Four has not yet been officially announced.

So whether you expected it or not, this very popular biking anime will be back for another season.

Whether you’re deep in mecha marathons, Japanese news, or anime binge watching, we’d like to hear about it. Click the [CONTRIBUTE] button on our top menu bar and get your thoughts out there.
