Your Name. Tickets go on sale!
Holy sweet Jesus. This movie has been out since August. I have literally no clue what this movie is about. I haven’t read or heard a single word about this film, other than the fact that it gives anything Ghibli has done a run for its money. Tickets are finally, FINALLY, on sale. I’m going to see it Subbed in defiance of having to wait eight months.
For the sake of all that is good, reserve your tickets. From what I can see, it’s only here a week.
Toonami Sheds its One Piece
Adult Swim’s Toonami announced over the weekend that after nearly four years, it will take One Piece
out if its rotation on March 25 (Technically March 26). In lieu of One Piece, Toonami will begin airing Tokyo Ghoul on the same day.
You can catch One Piece one last time on Cartoon Network at 2:30 am EST this Sunday, March 19. You can also catch the premiere of Tokyo Ghoul on Cartoon Network at 2:30 am EST on Sunday, March 26.
(Just for clarification. 11:59 PM is the last minute of Saturday. Midnight is the fist minute of Sunday. I know I shouldn’t care this much. Just stay up very late on Saturday.)
GODZILLA ANIME MOVIE!!!!
Hold on. I need to breathe.…
Godzilla has been a part of my life since my family had its very first Movie Store Card. My brother and I watched Godzilla movies ad nauseum growing up. We saw both Godzilla (2015) and Shin Godzilla on opening day. We watched Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla on VHS two weeks ago.
This is Godzilla’s first official animated film, but unofficially it’s second. The first being Godzilla meets Bambi, of course.
