In case you were unaware, 2018 marks the 50th Anniversary of Shonen-Jump—arguably the world’s greatest manga and anime magazine. Its legacy is unreal.
You can thank Shonen Jump for publishing: Dragon Ball, Gintama, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, Haikyu!!, Death Note, Hunter x Hunter, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Hell Teacher Nube Captain Tsubasa, etc, etc, etc… The list is daunting.
To mark the anniversary of this storied magazine, UNIQLO is releasing a line of Shonen Jump shirts depicting famous scenes from its manga.
The line is scheduled for release in Japan on April 16th, but here’s where the amazing news comes in (for the US anyway). UNIQLO is releasing the Shonen Jump manga clothing line in The United States as well! And even better news, you have enough time to save up for multiple shirts—the sale begins on May 7th, with more monthly releases throughout the year.
But the best news yet is the price. Are you ready for this?
$14.95 for a men’s shirt. $9.95 for a kid’s shirt.
I’m honestly flabbergasted because, really, who isn’t used to getting screwed over on specialty branded clothing?
Manga/anime included in the line are all of the series listed above, as well as some older, more obscure (mostly due to their age) manga/anime.
Click through to see the entire line of clothing (Some designs have a front and back). And I do mean the entire line. 23 Anime. 74 shirts. I did not leave anything out.
