Hey, Yuri!!! on ICE fans — we’re about to see just how much cute you can handle.

For several months now, popular cute-maker Sanrio has been promising a crossover with the hit figure skating anime. And this summer, they’re delivering with FIND THEIR FAVORITES. The collaboration pairs off characters in a special story about each skater’s precious belongings.

Who’s Your Favorite?

Good God they’re cute.

First, of course, each skater needs a Sanrio buddy! The key art shows Yuri with Pochacco, Viktor with Pompompurin, and Yurio with Hello Kitty. The pairs not only feature in art together, but also swap styles in these cute picture book-style drawings.

The art will feature on a variety of Sanrio goods — clothes, stationery, and home goods. The swag will be available throughout the summer. No product pics are available yet, but we’re expecting some sweet items!

….We can’t get over Yurio in his Hello Kitty hoodie. Absolutely adorable.

The Story

But there’s more to the Yuri!!! on ICE collab than that! There will be a running story in which Yuri, Viktor, and Yurio try to find items that are special to them over the off-season. What are we looking for? A bowl for Yuri, skates for Viktor, and a snuggly sweater for Yurio. There’s no word yet how the story line will work into the campaign. It looks like it could make for some cute patterns on stationery, though.

Sadly, as with many Sanrio anime campaigns, it’s unlikely this one will get outside Japan. So you probably won’t see these items in your local Sanrio store. But keep your eyes on the internet; many websites are offering international shipping for fans in other countries. So, you might still get a chance to grab your fave with their fave.

Which of these little Yuri!!! on ICE cutie is your favorite?
